Stock market LIVE updates on March 11, 2024: Benchmark indices gave up early gains to trade lower in Monday’s intraday trade amid wobbly global cues. The S&P BSE Sensex fell over 200 points to quote around 73,850 levels. The Nifty50, on the other hand, was testing 22,450.

 

While Nestle India, Bajaj Finserv, Sun Pharma, ITC, Axis Bank were the top gainers, Tata Steel HDFC Bank, Infosys, Power Grid, Tata Motors, Kotak Bank were the top losers.

 

In the broader markets, the BSE MidCap index added 0.44 per cent, while the BSE SmallCap index edged 0.85 per cent lower.

Among sectors, all but the Nifty FMCG, Pharma, and PSU Bank indices were under pressure, down up to 0.8 per cent.
